Fen Farm Dairy Baron Bigod
A traditional farmhouse Brie style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm Dairy from their pasteurised grass-fed Montbeliarde cow's milk. Their cheese will be hand-wrapped in wax paper and packed in its beautiful wooden box.
A creamy, white bloomy-rind cheese handmade with a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long-lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours.
This cheese was named after Baron Bigod, the Earl of Norfolk in the 12th century.
