Northumberland Cheese Co. Chesterwood Smoked Goat
Northumberland Cheese Company's milk is sourced from a single herd of goats in Yorkshire producing a wonderful milk.
Chesterwood Smoked is essentially their already famous Elsdon goat's milk cheese that has been lightly smoked over Oak wood chippings for 8 hours to produce a russet outer core and encase the sweet rich notes of the goat's cheese whilst delivering a delicate natural smoky taste.
