Creamy, classic cheddar infused with rich, sweet caramelised onions tastes of tangy onion soup with an amazing burst of flavour. Abbot’s Gold is made with pasteurised cow’s milk and pairs best with a Riesling or pale ale. Use it to spice up sandwiches, hot dogs and grilled steaks.
