From this charming family farm surrounded by the enchanting ‘Dark Skies’ countryside, they handcraft their Darling Blue, a wonderfully mellow buttery blue cheese with notes of a savoury saltiness reminiscent of Grace's home by the sea. Named after the world-famous heroine from the Farne Islands, Doddington Dairy’s Darling Blue is made from pasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet. It has a natural rind and comes in 1.8kg – 2.2kg wheel truckles and is aged for around 2 months.
