As of course with cheesemongery - we're also avid cheese connoisseurs, and attending the FARM SHOP & DELI SHOW (NEC Birmingham) was a must-visit and exhilarating experience for us, easy to say we thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the show was a true showcase of the finest artisan foods and beverages, with plenty of cheese and accompaniment offerings. 

Meeting the Makers

With artisanal cheese as our most prominent target, one of the most rewarding aspects of the show was meeting the passionate cheesemakers. Each producer bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm, eager to share their heroic and admirable journeys and the meticulous processes involved in crafting their fine cheeses. Whether it was a small family-run dairy or a renowned artisan brand, every interaction conveyed the dedication and skill that goes into british cheese-making.

Industry Insights and Networking

Beyond the delicious samples and engaging demonstrations, the FARM SHOP & DELI SHOW provided a wealth of industry insights.
