This summer, we had the incredible opportunity to attend (and it was a pleasure to be invited as guests) the BBC Summer Goodfood Show, held at the NEC in Birmingham. Known for bringing together some of the finest culinary talents and food producers, this event is a must-visit for any food enthusiast! Here's a recap of our day exploring the best of what the Goodfood Show had to offer. 

As soon as we entered the show, we were greeted by the most mouth-watering, rich and inviting aromas. And the diversity of exhibitors was nothing short of astonishing (with numerous stands dedicated to the best in artisanal cheese!). It was clear very quickly that we hadn't walked in on a world of 'product' but stepped into dreams of labours of love and heroic stories - transcending through into delightful smells and glorious, distinctive flavours.
